SCHUNK Solution:
By moving down the central stroke unit PHE
100 and the additional downwards
movement of the outside located PHE 80,
the 3 PGNplus 64 grippers achieve their
gripping position (positions: partly loading,
grip, intermediate stop and partly stop). Due
to the 90° swivel movement, the OSE-A 45
and the lifting of the stroke units, the gripped
parts are shifted to the next stations and
moved downwards. The additional angular
gripper DWG 44 operates as intermediate
stop. The OSE-A 14, which is positioned
behind the third PGNplus 64 gripper
ensures that the valve housing is positioned
and placed correctly. This process runs
24/7.
Results:
The customer has been using this unit for over a year now without any interruptions of
his process.
